  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
  • Waist: Bend to the side to find your natural waist. Be sure to keep the measuring tape slightly loose.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of hips while standing straight or as you normally stand.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, PayPal, Venmo and Afterpay. We do not accept AfterPay payments in the store locations. We don’t accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment. We do accept ApplePay in store front locations only.

What is AfterPay?

AfterPay is a digital payment platform offered to online shoppers that allows them to delay payments on purchases. Users can make weekly payments on items purchased until they are paid in full. No credit check is required to use AfterPay, and no interest is charged. Once you’ve created an account, return to our site and proceed with the checkout process as normal. When you get to the ‘enter payment method’ screen, you can select Afterpay. You may have to login to your Afterpay account in this step. For more info on Afterpay, click here.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Sales tax will be added automatically to your order based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount at checkout then you will not be charged sales tax.

How do I apply a coupon code at checkout?

At checkout or the cart, go to your order summary and enter your code in the text box that says “Coupon Code” and click “Apply Coupon.”

Can I combine or stack promotional codes or coupons?

Promotional coupons and offers cannot be combined with discounted or on sale items. We can only allow one coupon per order.

I get an error message when entering my shipping and billing addresses.

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address has to match exactly what your bank has on file. Double check all of your information closely and look for any typos. Sometimes starting over is the best way to address any typos.

My order won’t go through. What do I do?

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address used on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add to your safe sender or address list. We can resend an email receipt at any time, just let us know.

Do you make price adjustments?

Due to limited quantities, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Sorry but we cannot make any exceptions.

Lola Boutique happily accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online within 30 days of the order date. Please carefully review our policy. If you have any questions, please contact our customer success team.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Do you offer refunds?

In store purchase returns are processed as store credit only which is valid for up to 1 year from issue date. Online purchase returns are allowed a 30-day, full refund. The refund will be returned on the card you used to make the purchase.

What do I do if an item is out of stock in my size?

The best way to tell if we will be reordering an item is if the sizes are grayed out with a line through it. If the size is grayed out with a red strike through it, that means it is out of stock and we may or may not add back to inventory in the future. There is also a waiting list feature that you can use to add your email address to and receive an update when/if the item is back in stock.

Do you have gift cards?

Gift cards are not available online at the moment. You can call (757) 440-3108 to purchase one over the phone that you can pick up at our Nimmo Pkwy location.

Does my gift card code or store credit expire?

Gift card and store credit expire 1 year from the date issued.
