Lola Boutique gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online *within 30 days* of the purchase date. Please carefully review our policy. If you have any questions, please contact our customer success team.


  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the order date.
  • In store refunds are for store credit. Online refunds are returned to the card used on the purchase.
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Finale sale items are not eligible for return. See list below.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a defective item, contact our customer success team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you received incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer success team within 3 business days of receiving your order, so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.

Cancelling, Changing or Adding Items to an Order

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed unless you call the store location. At which point we can add additional items to the order and collect payment over the phone. If the order has already shipped, we will need to place a separate order.
